film production company, which is partially owned by Global Universal.
Because Canadian law restricts the amount of foreign ownership in any Canadian
Film company, Global Universal’s ownership in GUP is limited to
30% of its capital shares. |

Global
Universal Pictures completed its first film “Blue Seduction”
in March of 2009, starring Billy Zane and Estella Warren. GUP has commenced
production on its second film tentatively entitled “American Sunset”,
scheduled to be completed in July of 2009, and plans to produce an additional
two films prior to December. |
