Global Entertainment Holdings, Inc., a publicly-traded Company on the OTC, Symbol: GBHL, hereinafter referred to as "Global Universal", and its subsideiaries, are engaged in the production of low-budget, high quality, genre pictures with recognizable name talent. Global Universal employs a financing strategy designed to significantly mitigate investment risk by utilizing tax incentives, film distribution advances and/or pre-sales, gap financing, economies of scale inherent in back-to-back film production and deferment of production fees.

Global Universal generates revenues through the following subsidiary companies: Global Universal Entertainment (GUE), a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Universal, which engages in U.S. film productions; Global Universal Pictures (GUP), a 30% owned affiliate of Global Universal, which focuses on film production in Canada; and Global Universal Film Group (GUFG), another wholly owned subsidiary of Global Universal, which manages film distribution and sales representation of films worldwide for GUE and GUP, as well as by other independent filmmakers.

Global Universal Film Partners (GUFP), is yet another wholly owned subsidiary of Global Universal, and concentrates its efforts on utilizing the most favorable financial structures available to raise capital for producing feature films.

Global Universal Entertainment plans to produce films in the U.S., and will endeavor to utilize approximately $20 Million in pre-certified tax credits that GUFG obtained from the State of Louisiana in 2007. It will also avail itself of significant tax incentives available for film production with other states such as Michigan, New Mexico, South Carolina, Iowa and others.

Global Universal Pictures is already utilizing the substantial tax benefits that are available only to Canadian based companies.

Global Universal Film Group will serve as the “sales agent” for films produced by GUE and GUP. It will also be obtaining the sales and/or film distribution rights for other independently produced films that meet Global Universal’s strict financial and high quality requirements.

Global Universal will endeavor to utilize various Country and State tax incentives and labor rebates to underwrite a significant portion of the cost of each film’s production, which will result in substantial mitigation of investment risk for both our shareholders and our investors.
